RETURNS
Our goal is for you to love the products you purchase from us. As such, we’ve tried to make our return policy as reasonable as possible. Please read below for specifics and reach out to us with any questions at info@duckys.com or 206 623-7777.
Used Furniture Items: Pre-Owned/used furniture items have a 7-day return period for a full refund or exchange. We also warrant these items for 30 days with faulty or defective products generally eligible for refund or exchange that period.
New Furniture - In Stock: Most new furniture is not In Stock; please ask your salesperson if your item is a stock item. Returns must have a return authorization to be returned, as well as be within 7 days from purchase, in original packaging, and not assembled. A 25% restocking fee may be assessed to open or assembled items. Outside of these conditions, there may be an opportunity for an item to be purchased back by us at market value for a pre-owned item.
Special Order Furniture: Special Order Items are NOT RETURNABLE. Most commercial furniture is “built-to-order” and is therefore considered Special Order. Items available on our website may or may not be special orders - please look at the item description for more information. Please feel free to ask us if your items fall within this category.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will communicate to you regarding the eligibility and approval status of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
Late or missing refunds: If you don’t believe you’ve received your refund, we ask that you first check your bank account again as well as contact your credit card company or bank as there is typically some processing time before a refund is posted to your account. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Exchanges: We will typically replace items if they are defective or damaged, but factors such as type of item, cause of defect or damage, manufacturer, etc. may impact resolution offered. If you have an issue, please contact us.
Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, please contact us to explore the options for your purchase given its specific payment method and concern/issue.
Shipping: Please contact us prior to shipping us any returns – do NOT ship your item(s) to us without contacting us first and receiving instructions. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning an item and these costs are non-refundable.
WARRANTIES
Pre-Owned/Used Items: All Pre-Owned/Used/Closeout ("used') furniture products carry a 30-day warranty period against the item not functioning as described. Since used products may be unique, the remedy, at our sole discretion, may be an exchange (when possible), repair, or refund. No other warranty for used furniture is implied.
New Furniture/Items: Ducky's Office Furniture does not offer any warranty on new furniture items. Any and all warranties are offered by the manufacturer, when applicable. NO warranty is expressed or implied by Ducky's Office Furniture. In most cases, Ducky's will typically work with you (the user) and the manufacturer to provide you with the best possible warranty service. If you have any warranty questions, please contact us.
