First, our goal is for you to love the products you purchase from us; therefore, we have tried to make our return policy as flexible as possible. Please read below for specifics and feel free to contact us with any specific questions.
Used Furniture Items: Pre-Owned/used furniture items have a 7 day return period for a full refund or exchange. We also warrant our used products for 30 days and will refund or exchange a faulty product during that 30 day period.
New Furniture - In Stock: Most new furniture is not In Stock - please ask your salesperson if your items is a stock item. Returns must have a return authorization to be returned and be made within 7 days of purchase. Returns made within the 7 day period must be in original packaging & not assembled. A 25% restocking fee may be assessed to open or assembled items. Outside of 7 days, items may be purchased back by us at market value as a pre-owned item.
Special Order Furniture: Special Order Items are NOT RETURNABLE. A majority of commercial furniture is built-to-order and is therefore a special order. For instance, most HON items are built-to-order in Muscatine, IA, which is why there are so many fabric, finish, paint and other options available. Items available on our website may or may not be special orders - please look to the item description for more information. Special Order furniture includes all systems furniture, specified furniture, and any item that is not standard stock for Ducky's Office Furniture. Please feel free to ask us if your items fall within this category.
Refunds (if applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable): If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Exchanges (if applicable): We will typically replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: 24 S. Idaho St., Seattle WA 98134, United States.
Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping: First, please contact us prior to making any returns! To return your product, you should mail your product to: 24 S. Idaho St., Seattle WA 98134, United States. We may give you additional or alternative instructions. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Ducky's Office Furniture does not offer any warranty on new furniture items. Any and all warranties are offered by the manufacturer (if applicable). NO warranty is expressed or implied by Ducky's Office Furniture. In most cases, Ducky's will typically work with you (the user) and the manufacturer in order to provide you with the best possible warranty service. If you have any warranty questions, please feel free to reach out directly to us.
All Pre-Owned/Used/Closeout ("used') furniture product carries a 30 day warranty period against the item not functioning as described. Since used product may be unique, the remedy can be either an exchange (if possible), repair, or refund at our sole discretion. No other warranty for used furniture is implied.
