We offer 3 primary methods for you to receive your product and get your workplace in order - Delivery & Installation, Drop Off Delivery, & Direct Shipment. For all of these options, we will contact you to coordinate the scheduling of your delivery or shipment.
- Delivery & Installation. Our primary business for the past 35+ years has been serving small and medium sized businesses, as well as individuals, through our brick & mortar store. For 95% of those orders, we are delivering and installing the product, from a single desk set to 300 workstations. We run our own installation crew as well as working closely with our installation partners. For nearly all products we offer, we also offer expert delivery and installation. However, since every installation is different, please contact us to place an order for delivery & installation.
- Drop Off Delivery. For website orders, we offer drop off local delivery services at a reduced rate. Delivery to a limited area is available directly through our online checkout. However, should local delivery not show up as available to your address, please just reach out to us and we will work with you on other options we have. Typical drop-off delivery does not include stair-carry of product (inside or outside) unless previously arranged with your salesperson, or assembly of product. However, stair delivery and assembly can be arranged.
- Direct Shipment (Drop Shipping). In some instances, the most economical way for you to receive your product, if you do not require installation, will be for the item to be directly shipped to you from the manufacturer. This may be a free option, or may require an additional fee. For website orders, this option will be listed if available for your item(s).
