If a matched pre-owned set seats most of your staff but not everyone, we add new office furniture from HON, a commercial office furniture manufacturer. Ducky's is a HON Diamond Level dealer. We show new and pre-owned office furniture side by side in the quote. A nonprofit or startup can use pre-owned office furniture in the open office and new office furniture only where clients will see it. You can make the same choice for a second office.
Planning and installing pre-owned office furniture

- We tell you which matched sets are in stock and plan where they will go in your office. We quote the set with any new office furniture needed to complete it.
- Ducky's has its own delivery and installation crew. Evenings and weekends are available if your office needs to stay open.
- We remove what you are replacing, and if it has resale value we buy it or take it in trade.

Do you have enough matched used office cubicles for thirty people?
That depends on what is in stock when you ask, because the sets come from offices that sell to us. We can check which matched sets would seat thirty people. We add any new office furniture needed to complete the order to the same quote.
How is a used cubicle project priced?
We quote each project based on the set in stock and how many people need workstations. We use your office details and budget to prepare a layout and quote.
Can we see the used inventory before we buy?
Yes. Our showroom at 24 S Idaho St in Seattle is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Some of our office furniture is also listed online.
Do you install used cubicles, or is that on us?
Our crew installs them. Ducky's own crew delivers and installs your office furniture. We place, assemble, and level pre-owned workstations in your office the same way we do new ones.
We have old office furniture to get rid of. Do you buy it?
Yes, when it has resale value, and we take it in trade against a new order. The sell us your office furniture page explains what we look for. If it has no resale value, we remove it as part of the project.
