Ducky's has planned office layouts and installed office furniture for Seattle businesses since 1984. Our own crew installs the office furniture. Space planning is free, and there is no project-management or design fee. Send us a floor plan or a few photos and tell us how many people need workstations. We will prepare a layout and an office furniture quote, along with an installation plan for your move-in date. Evenings and weekends are available if your office needs to stay open.
Space planning
We measure your office or work from your floor plan. We plan the workstations and private offices, along with the conference rooms and reception area. We help you choose panel heights and finishes. You see the plan before you order anything, and we quote from it. A lease and the number of people who need workstations are enough to start, even if you do not have a layout.
Installation
Ducky's has an in-house delivery and installation crew. The crew delivers the office furniture and assembles and levels it. We put the office chairs in place and remove the packaging. If your office is in use during the day, we install in the evening or on a weekend. We remove old office furniture as part of the project. If it has resale value, we buy it or take it in trade.
New and pre-owned office furniture
We plan your office with new office furniture, pre-owned office furniture, or both. Our new office furniture comes from HON, a commercial office furniture manufacturer. Ducky's is a HON Diamond Level dealer. Our pre-owned office furniture comes from our Seattle stock. We have bought and sold pre-owned office furniture for over 35 years. The quote shows the options by room so you can choose.
Planning and installing your office furniture

Questions about space planning and installation
Does space planning cost anything?
No. The quote includes office furniture with delivery and installation.
Do we need an architect or an interior designer?
Not for the office furniture layout. We plan the workstations, offices, conference rooms, and reception area from your floor plan or our own measurements. If an architect is already on the project, we work from their drawings.
Can you install after hours so the office stays open?
Yes. Evenings and weekends are available, so the staff works during the day and we install after hours.
Do you install office furniture we already own?
Yes, and the same in-house crew does it whether the office furniture is new from us or already yours. Our office services also include installing, rearranging, moving, and removing office furniture you already own.
Who takes the old office furniture out?
Our crew removes the old office furniture as part of the project. If the old office furniture has resale value, we buy it or credit it against the new order. We remove it if it has no resale value.
